No city or region will be complete without some junkyards and scrapdealers around. They may not be pretty, but quite useful to anybody who is into do-it-yourself repairs.

To complement the 'Rural Junkyard' I released earlier, here is one for urban settings.

It is a 4x2 lot, not too expensive to plop and maintain, uses some power and water and has a slight NIMBY effect, so allow a little room to adjacent residentials.

Dependencies

I used two very basic files, which you most probably have:

• BSC MEGA Props - SG Vol01.dat
• PEG_security-props.dat

Install

Just move the files into the 'Plugins' directory under My Documents/Sim city 4.

Uninstall

Simply bulldoze any of these lots in your cities, then remove the file(s) from the plugin directory.

Usage

Just plop these lots wherever you deem appropriate ;-)
