Would you like to have tighter security around sensitive areas like powerplants, hitech-facilities or Area 52? Here is some proper fencing!

Properties
The lots are based on the ingame concrete plaza with all the same costs and effects. Basically they're just EyeCandy.
Dependencies
Install
Just move the files into the 'Plugins' directory under My Documents/Sim city 4.
Uninstall
Simply bulldoze any of these lots in your cities, then remove the file(s) from the plugin directory.
Usage
Just plop these lots wherever you deem appropriate ;-)
Developer notes
People and cars are timed props, so don't be surprised if you don't see them right after plopping – they'll appear during different times of the day.
The lots are located in the 'Parks'-Menue
