DownloadCenter: CSK2 PP Recreational Docks »
To give the hardworking folks from the industrial docks a break, here is a little addon that turns the docks into a boardwalk and offers some opportunities for recreation - taking a stroll along the rivers edge, rent a rowboat to sneak a first kiss from the new girlfriend or just check in on the Beer-O-Rama and party...
There are 5 lots -
The lots are cheap to plop and to maintain.
The three pier-lots slightly raise COM-desirability and give a small boost to the Mayor's rating.
The list seems to be long, but if you use the CanalKit you'll have most of these packs already. Below the download-link I listed the needed file (just in case you don't use that particular pack).

If you want a flag on the main pier, you need these:
2) Boatpack
The pack is part of the download. It includes 8 lots with various small boats for ploppable Tahoe water (3x pontoon, 2x cruiser, 2x sloop, 1x ketch)
To use it you need this additional dependency:

The REC Docks are in the Harbor Menue just below the original CSK2 Docks. They need to be connected to your power-grid.
Note: There is no special 'Outer Corner' - just use the one from the regular docks!
The additional Boats are in the Parks Menue near the 1x1 Tahoe tile as they can be used with any scene using ploppable (Tahoe) water.
They all have custom icons.
Needless to say - these lots can be mixed freely with any other lots that are part of the CSK2 PPond series.
Just move the files into the 'Plugins' directory under My Documents/Sim city 4.
Simply bulldoze any of these lots in your cities, then remove the file(s) from the plugin directory.
Just plop these lots wherever you deem appropriate ;-)
As with all things from the internet, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I tested the lots and they work fine for me. No one but you is to be held responsible if your computer is subject to termination of any kind. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to join the simpeg forums.
